Genesis 2:18 says, "And the LORD God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a help meet for him.” After close study of this Scripture and its context, I learned the Hebrew word Ezer Kenegdo, (pronounced ee-zer kuh-neg-doe), which means a help meet for him. This book is for both married and single women. The greatest discovery I made about myself, according to the word of God, is that God had me, the woman, on His mind from the very beginning, with every intention for me to become more than what I was.

 

There are many women who do not know that God always had that plan for His daughters. After reading this book, I hope that you, too, will discover that we were always on God’s mind, and we were always a part of the creation plan. Believe it or not, this plan is not just for you to be an excellent wife and mother. If you are privileged to be that as well, understand that it is the icing on the cake. The core of our womanhood is much deeper than the roles we hold in life. I hope you discover that you were created to be much more in the creation plan of God. You have always been on the mind of God.
